Refill your prescriptions from your phone with TELUS PharmaConnect.

What is PharmaConnect?

PharmaConnect is a free mobile app from TELUS Health that lets you manage your prescriptions from your phone. Once you connect your account to your Ring’s Pharmacy profile, you can view your medication profile, request refills, get reminders so you never run out, and more, all from within the app.

Available on both Android and iPhone.

Connect to your Ring’s profile

  1. Download and open the TELUS PharmaConnect app (or visit pharmaconnect.ca).
  2. Create a new account (or sign into an existing one).
  3. Search for “Hay River” and select “Ring’s Pharmacy”, or use the personalized code provided by a pharmacy team member.
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and link your account to your Ring’s Pharmacy profile.
  5. Once connected, you can request refills, view your prescription history, print tax receipts, and more from the app.
